Exchange & Refund Policy
Exchange
Exchanges within 7 days with e-receipt.
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging with tag attached.
- The exchange item may be identical or of similar value.
- Proof of purchase(e-receipt) is required.
If you need to exchange it for an identical item, send us an email first at hellthroneprods@gmail.com.
Procedure:
- Reply to the order confirmation email you received
- Give us the details of the item you wish to exchange and the reason
- Once approved, send your items to the address below(shipping cost apply)
- We will send you the new item(shipping cost apply)

Shipping costs for returning your item after the exchange has been approved as well as the cost to send the new items will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should always consider using a trackable postage or purchasing shipping insurance. HellThrone Productions is not responsible for goods damaged or missing in transit during normail mail.
Refunds
Refunds will be made if there is susbsantial proof from the courier that item was not delivered successfully or customer orr an identical item for exchange is not available.
